Interludes
The story of The Gribbin was written by Ben Rowarth.
"The Gribbin’ is in fact a promontory that sits next to Solva Harbour on the Pembrokeshire Coastline, West Wales. So there really is a hill, a bridge, a stream, a bay, a boat and even the houses. Some evidence of Gribbin holes have been found, though actual Gribbins are yet to be sighted. Round the corner, a mile long, is the beautiful and immense Newgale Beach (pictured on the previous page). Due to rising sea levels, caused by climate change, it is estimated that this beach and the houses behind it will be underwater within the next ten to fifteen years." - Ben Rowarth
